Our Story

Coolhand started with a simple but hard question: how do you create a closed-loop system that turns the messy signal of real user behavior into something a model can learn from, and value that businesses can measure?

An early version of that system was built while working on innori, an AI-native storytelling game. The feedback infrastructure turned out to be the more valuable piece — and in September 2025, Coolhand Labs launched with its first paying enterprise customers.

Today, Coolhand processes tens of millions of client tokens daily, continuously analyzing feedback and shipping prompt improvements back to clients as pull requests.

Coolhand Labs is based in New York City.
